BOLD may photograph or record classes, performances, and events for educational, promotional, and marketing purposes. Parents or guardians who do not wish for a student’s image to be used should notify BOLD in writing.

Participants should not attend classes while experiencing contagious illness or conditions that could endanger others. Students participate in dance activities at their own risk.

BOLD is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings brought to classes, rehearsals, performances, or events.
